Returns Policy

Not quite right? Simply return any full priced items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. 

Sale or promotional flash sale items are eligible for an exchange or credit note only. Please note return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund or credit note.

*Purchases using our welcome discount code are considered full priced. 

 

Items must be returned in unworn, original condition and packaging. We recommend trying on your shoes on a carpeted surface to ensure no damage to the soles or exterior. Ypres reserves the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met and will be returned to the customer at their expense. 

 

All items are thoroughly inspected prior to being dispatched, however in the unlikely event you receive a faulty product, please email contact@ypres.com.au upon receipt.

 

Exchanges 

As Ypres holds limited stock, please submit the style and size you are hoping to exchange your order for. If the desired style is not currently available, you will receive a refund or credit note instead.

 

Return Process

Ensure your item(s) are in unworn, original condition and packaging, and complete our Returns Form. 

You will receive return instructions and shipping label via email within 24 hours.

 

Package your items in original packaging and attach your return label. 

 

Lodge shipment at your local Australia Post outlet. 

 

Additional Information

Packages should be lodged at the customer service counter and scanned to ensure their journey can be tracked accurately. Should the package be dropped in a post box and tracking is unable to be found, missing packages will be the responsibility of the customer. 

 

We expect your return package to reach us within 7 days of approving your return request.

 

You will receive an email with 3 days of receiving your return, advising of either a refund, credit note or exchange shipment. Refunds can take up to 10 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account, depending on your card issuer.

 

We are unable to offer refunds for goods that are returned because the customer wishes to avoid paying duties imposed. For more information regarding this, please read our Shipping Policy.
